2007 Scholarship Recipients

Pinehurst Surgical Founders Award

Students will be selected on the following criteria:  academic performance which demonstrates good potential for success; demonstrated care and concern for patients during clinical training; financial need.

Pinehurst Surgical Certified Medical Assist Scholarship

Students will be selected on the following criteria:  Full-time, second year student enrolled in the Medical Assisting Technology curriculum.  The recipient must have a minimum major GPA of 3.0, and must demonstrate high professional standards, scholastic promise and financial need.

Michael T. Pishko Scholarship

Students will be selected on the following criteria:  First year student in surgical technology program based on financial need and ability.   This scholarship is named after Michael T. Pishko, one of our founders.

William F. Hollister Award

Students will be selected on the following criteria:  Student in Surgical Technology judged to be the most outstanding graduating student scholastically.  This award is named after WIlliam F. Hollister one of our founders.
