When should adolescent health care begin?

If the adolescent is sexually active, has not experienced a menstrual period by the age of 15, or requires immunizations such as Gardasil for prevention of HPV (human papilloma virus).

• Health Maintenance to include:   Failure to menstruate, Pelvic Pain, Annual Physicals including first pap smear and Gardasil vaccination
• STD Education (Sexually transmitted disease)
• Contraception
