About UsPatient GuideOur ServicesPhysicians & Midlevel Providers

Today’s vascular surgeons are the only medical discipline trained to care for patients using every vascular treatment available. Some disciplines perform less invasive treatments, but cannot perform surgery. Others are skilled with one organ, but they are not specialists in the entire vascular system. Vascular surgeons do non-invasive diagnostic tests, medical treatments, minimally invasive procedures, and open surgeries when necessary. This expertise uniquely qualifies vascular surgeons to make the most accurate diagnosis and prescribe the best treatment for the best outcome.

Our vascular surgeons have expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting the circulatory system, excluding the heart.  This includes diseases affecting the carotid arteries, the two arteries that supply blood to the brain; the aorta, the main artery of the chest, abdomen and the peripheral arteries which supply blood to the extremities.  Vascular surgeons also treat diseases affecting the veins, including chronic venous insufficiency, phlebitis, varicose veins and spider veins.

Our on-site vascular ultrasound laboratory assists our physicians with a timely diagnosis.
