If you need a prescription refill, please notify your pharmacist or contact our office. We will need the name of your medication, the pharmacy name and telephone number. Your name, date of birth and telephone number will also be requested to ensure proper identification of your electronic medical record. Once the proper information is received, the physician is consulted, and if the refill is authorized, the prescription will be sent electronically to the pharmacy.


During evening hours, weekends and on holidays, the physician on call does not have immediate access to your medical records. Therefore, we would not be able to refill your prescription during these times.
