­­­­­­ Administrative Assistant:  Requires 5-10 year successful track record of providing executive support in a complex, multi-faceted organization, preferably in healthcare.  Requires ability to maintain a balance among multiple priorities and ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion. Must be able to work under pressure and handle confidential matters with discretion.

Business Office Associate: Must be familiar with medical office procedures and medical terminology. Must have excellent clerical, interpersonal and communications skills.

Certified Medical Assistant – 2 Full Time positions open; one in the Urologic Center and the other in the Vascular Department.  Requires graduation from an approved medical assistant program and certification.

Reimbursement Processing Specialist – Full time.  Prefer candidate with 2-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience; 1-3 years experience in customer service, insurance billing, or medical environment required.

Guest Relations Volunteer- Mature, friendly flexible, volunteers needed to support professional staff in providing and promoting the highest quality of patient care.  Must at least 18 years old, be reliable, and have a strong interest in the needs and concerns of our patients.

Secretary – Part time 20 hours.  Prefer knowledge of clinic appointment scheduling program; one year previous medical appointment scheduling as well as experience with ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding.

SonographerFull time.  Graduation from two-year radiology program with three years on-the-job experience in diagnostic ultrasound; or graduation from an AMA-approved school in ultrasound with one to two years on-the-job experience and certified by Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and American Registry of Radiology Technologists. RVT preferred.
