The Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Center of Pinehurst Surgical evaluates and treats patients with neck and back pain, either chronic conditions or problems resulting from an injury.  We specialize in the non-surgical treatment of these problems.  The treatment team consists of orthopaedic surgeons, physician assistants, and physical therapists.

Our team evaluates patients with acute sprains of the neck and back, arthritis of the spine, and disk disease of the spine.  Our treatment services include in-house imaging, to include CAT scans and MRI scans.   We also have an in-house Physical Therapy department.
